DesktopGate is the best employee monitoring software on the market with easy to use interface, live screen monitoring and event logging features using SQL Server database.

Enable Live Monitoring

Enables managers to view screens and activities of employe computers in real-time, even if they have over a thousand employees.

In addition to Live-monitoring, DesktopGate also gives you reports of past activity, revealing what an employee was doing in a specified date or time range.
Employee Performance

DesktopGate gives you valuable data on user activity which you can later use for calculating employee performance.

It reveals you how much time is spent on which applications and provides you important information which you can use in generating reports of employee productivity.

Activity Reports

DesktopGate records all visited web sites, messenger chats, application history, removable media events and many other actions at employee computers.

It records Messenger chats, Visited URL's, USB, CD-Rom and removable devices and many other system events. If enabled, DesktopGate displays warning messages to managers on requested events.
Remote Access

It is a secure and easy remote desktop solution to office PC's from outside the office.

If given permission, It is a helper tool for IT departments which enables remote access to office pc's and make configuration changes or install programs with ease.
